My husband has filed for a motion to modify child support and visitation. His ex wife filed a counter motion for child custody. My husband's attorney filed his respones on april
16th. He started this proceeding on Feb 22nd. How long does it usually take before a court date is set.

Your post says absolutely nothing useful. Who has custody? What are the details? Doesn't matter anyway. A court date can take days or several months. It depends on the caseload of your local court.

And if your husband has an attorney, and obviously knows a lot more than any of us know, then ask the attorney.
