What is the name of your state? cali I am wonderin how much time some1 can do for vandalism, such as breaking a car window, even tho they say it is a loss of 5,000 dollars  (that is hard ot belive, but that is what they r saying), anyhow, they r considerin it a felony, so I am just wonderin how much time some1 can get for that, this person has no warrants, an is off parole, but just got out of prison a month ago.

I would consider it a felony also, since your bail amount is 40,000.00 dollors. You are all over the place here. I realize you are Bi Polar, but how many answers do you need?

Also.... A little advice, do not use these wonderful spelling skills on any court documents.

i was wonderin ....

What is the name of your state? california. I was wonderin if a 40,000 dollar bail meant that it was a serious crime, or does the bail amount have nothing to do with it. And if it does, how much time can u get for a 40,000 dollar bail???

$40,000 for breaking windows?! That's Vandalism ... obviously felony vandalism, but the $40,000 isn't just for that single charge alone.

The potential sentence revolves around the specific criminal code section you would be convicted under, your prior criminal history, any enhancements that might apply, and some other factors ... none of which have to do with the bail amount.

That is strange that u will get 3 years ... i know plenty of people who were caught with drugs, an they come out way sooner (prop 36), .... what does "priors" mean? And also, what about it in the "plea bargain"? Maybe u will get less time.

You responded to this thread, so one would assume you could figure it out. You honestly do not know what "priors" mean?

It's a tool idiot. ;)

I'm confused. How much time will he get for this vandalism?? Or what is the maximum sentence

Hmmm, using everything you have posted.....I would say 15 years at a minimum. There you have AN answer.
