What is the name of your state? I line in Mass and I feel I was fired from my job due to the fact that I had Hepatitis C. I was fatigued and needed to take powerful medications. I informed my employer of my condition and they imediately changed there demeanor towards me. I filed a case with the Dept of Dicrimination and they did not rule on my behalf. They told me I didn't need an attorney so I never hired one. It was a small family business and they actually allowed there young children to play in the office area. Once they found out about the Hep C they would not even let there children go near me. This was 5 years ago. Is it too late?

Yes, it is far too late. Assuming you received a right to sue letter along with the finding of no probable cause, I expect you only had 90 days to file a civil suit against the employer.
