What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO Eastern district of Missouri. How can I answer a motion for relief from automatic stay for a chapter 7? I cannot find a form anywhere, not in the federal official forms or in the local forms. I know what I want to answer. How I wish the formatting on court forms weren't so complex.

The danger of litigating without an attorney is that, when you hit a snag, you sink and drown, especially if you can't seem to do even the simplest search of the internet that turns up:

The form:

http://www.cacb.uscourts.gov/sites/cacb/files/documents/forms/F4001-1.RFSRESPONSE.pdf

A sample response:

http://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/response-to-motion-to-lift-automatic-sta-41324/

I also found several how to resources but I'll leave that up to you to find.

You would be wise to hire a bankruptcy attorney before you do something that can't be fixed.

Yes, well

If one has become severely disabled and has to live on practically nothing, one has to sometimes try to figure out how to do things themselves. Luckily, one is smart enough to ask for help on this website. Thanks for the form.

PS. If your baby is ever dying, I will be glad to resuscitate him or her--since I was a NICU RN. I promise; I won't even lecture you if you tried and didn't quite know how.
