What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)Alabama

My wife and I allowed our ex daughter-in-law to move into our home. Now we want her OUT!
Do we have to give her a 30 or 60 day notice?

you have to evict her just like you would any other tenant.
a very quick read seems to show that 10 days notice is adequate. I did not go far enough to tell you what happens if she does not leave after that time but here is the site with Alabama's landlord tenant laws.

Thanks, A ton for the info, Also she does not pay rent or any money for that fact. That's why I was wondering, my wife told her we wanted her to move out and she said to my wife YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A 30 NOTICE!!! So, yeah we want her out ASAP!

read the laws very thouroughly. I have not. In many states, if you do not follow proper procedure, you can be penalized (monetary damages) by the courts.
