Thanks, A ton for the info, Also she does not pay rent or any money for that fact. That's why I was wondering, my wife told her we wanted her to move out and she said to my wife YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A 30 NOTICE!!! So, yeah we want her out ASAP!
read the laws very thouroughly. I have not. In many states, if you do not follow proper procedure, you can be penalized (monetary damages) by the courts.
