(1) Isn't requiring lawyers to file your paperwork discriminatory? ... especially if you don't want a lawyer? Doesn't he/she have a RIGHT to choose his/her own representation?

(2) If I am refused to be recognized as agent for this man, even tho he has consented... doesn't that imply FORCED representation upon the accused, meaning the law society is attempting to monopolize justice?!?
