What is the name of your state? Either Kansas or Missouri, not sure yet.

If someone wanted to find a person, and knew their name, social security number, and city they lived in- how would one go about doing that?

A friend of mine is trying to find her ex. The state can not subpoena him for a DNA test because they apparently "cant find him". It seems more like a case of her caseworker being overworked & not looking too hard, so I was trying to help her, but so far no luck.

Her child is almost 2 and they havent done much on her case at ALL in all that time. He even was in the state at one point & told her caseworker exactly where he was and they did not go & serve him.

I've tried looking on a few sites but no luck so far.

He lives in Kansas City, not sure if its Kansas (state) or Missouri, but she has his full name and social security number.

Is there a site I am overlooking to help find his address so she can have him served?

Thanks! :D

Some of the sites let you do a search by SSN, has she tried those?

Personally, I've found that the free search sites aren't much help. When I put my own name in, it turns out that there are over 100 "me's" in different Florida cities.

I've never tried one of the pay sites, but that is an option for her also. (I was just too cheap to try those.)

Hopefully, someone else will have some other ideas, other than hiring a PI, which can be expensive.

Or, use the pay sites, but just the free information, if you have strong suspicions about the location. Then, you can google and see if there is any property tax information online (if it's a state that has property taxes). Gather the information, and then take it to the CSE, with his SSN & birthdate. They can find them, but the more information you can hand them, the more likely they are to help.
