What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I was involved in an accident in which a person was killed. I had a court appointed attorney who worked out a plea agreement. I was then informed by DMV that from the result of the plea agreement in which I had to plead guilty, there was a manditory revocation of license for 3 years. Since I was not made aware of that at the time I made my plea, I was able to withdraw the plea. After going to trial I was found innocent. However after going to the DMV they are still saying my license is revoked til 2012, due to the first plea agreement. The paperwork I showed them from the court didnt help. They told me they must hear directly from the court. What do I need to do to make things right?

Certainly I would ask the court clerk if they can send (or expedite) the notification that you were found innocent.

If you need to make an appearance to do so, I'm sure the clerk will tell you.
