How to do it

I saw this message and wanted to know if this is true in Georgia traffic
court:

The police officer that wrote me up did not show up, when I asked the Judge
about it, he said that he did not have to be there. I pleaded not guilty
but was fined anyway, doesn't this violate my 6th amendment rights to "Face
my accuser in a court of law" and if so, how may I get the officer in to
the court room?

I live in Georgia and was pulled over and ticked for not coming to a
complete stop at a stop sign, all though I did come to a complete stop.

The officer (county) was parked in someone's drive way and his sight line of
sight was not clear, as I went back and parked where he was and view the
intersection. The trees blocked his sight of the intersection almost 98%, I
have taken pictures of very thing, however, I wanted to find out it there
was a law stating that a officer must be visible, as we saw his car in the
drive way and you could only see 25% of the front hood of the car.

Thank you.

My response:

Gee willikers!! I only mixed a little humor with the actual facts. Goodness gracious.

I apologize for the frivolity.

I enjoy the frivolity as long as it is not frivolous.
