What is the name of your state? CA

Hi. Well it looks like BK is inevitable and I would appreciate an opinion on the following matter. About a year ago, I worked as an officer in a company and had no equity. For the stupid reason that the CEO/Sole Shareholder was busy, we had made a deposit of $30K into my personal account and I immediately wired that $30K to it's intended recipient.

Since I WAS an officer in company, how will the trustee look at this transaction?

If I file under CH 13, will the trustee even scrutinize a transation like this from last May?

Thanks so much. I see many helpful voices on this board and your opinions really do make a difference for people who would otherwise be lost.
