Husband accused of RAPE!!! :(

My husband has been in jail for 7 months now, and all dna tests have shown that my husband is not guilty of raping and beating a woman he used to work with. He is being held now for running from the police. This girl has torn my family apart with her lies. Is there anything legally I can do to sue this girl? She said that my husband raped and tried to kill her. My daughter and I were both on Zoloft for depression, and I almost lost my 15 year old daughter to this. We almost lost our home, my car, and my marriage. She's hurt us more than anything already... and they're saying now that since my husband was still on probation when he ran from the 3+ police that were chasing him down... he might have to go out of stat and do 8 years??? Help is GREATLY needed!!!

He ran from the police? Why did he do that?

And, I'll wager that the DNA tests were inconclusive or found that there was no presence of semen or other fluid that would nail him. If it were someone else's DNA, then he probably would have been released. A lack of a positive DNA hit is not the same as innocent.

The only help he needs is the service of a good attorney.
