My x husband is taking a contractor job out if the country he will be gone a year can i take him back for more child support due to me having the children all the time .Also do i have to go through his new wife for support it goes through the child support division she says i need to go through her not through my x she is the one here when he calls i should not discuss it with him she says she has rights at the child support division to discuss anything

You may take him back for more child support; whether you will get it is something no one here could possibly know.

You need to go through pa for questions on the kids.

The wife is NOT automatically conferred his rights. What you can do is offer dad the chance to have virtual parenting time. But no, you do not have to send the children to her when he is gone.

No, you do not have to go thru her. Ask that the payments be set up automatically thru CSE to be paid. She may have POA, but that does not give her all the rights she's thinking.
