My ex-husband has had nothing to do with my Daughter in almost 5 years. He has not payed child support in almost 3 years. My husband would like to adopted my daughter, by we can't find the ex-husband. What should I do?

Retain an attorney and discuss everything with them.. you can sometimes force an adoption if the child has been truly abandoned.. It is different in every state so call around a few attorneys.
