If a women is in a coma and her ex husband has documents naming him as her power of attorney but, the new husband has papers naming him the power of attorney but cannot find them who would have the right tomake medical dicussions?

Rebecca, if the current husband cannot find his POA, please have him petition the court for emergency guardian and health care surrogate/proxy for his wife. The administrator of the hospital/facility can help him with papers he requires.
