my I-485 was denied. In March USCIS sent me RFI saying that they need my husband to send them recent tax income return from IRS. I saw that letter and misunderstood and sent USCIS w-2 of my husband recent tax year instead. During the waiting time I called their customer support around 3 times and every time I heard that same answer " please be patient". After 60++ days I received the denial letter. The denial letter stats that I failed to send the documents needed by USCIS. I guessed that I should have sent transcripts of most recent tax income of my husband instead of w-2.

The main reason was that I did not know the different between these two forms. It is a misunderstanding and lack knowledge of English. The denial letter also includes that I can't do any appeals but motion is still available within 30 days. Should I take a risk and file a motion paying $630 ? Or should I just re apply the whole I-485 and pay more? I do not know what to do. Any helps and advices would be much appreciated.

Thank you.
