What is the name of your state?
Wisconsin

I am from India. My employment based I-485 to register as a permanent resident is pending with the local office (final stage). I am woring in the state of WI since JAn. 2001. I am married (in 2003 married her in India), wife also from India. I also filed her I-485 and it is pending at the local office too. Now she has EAD card and SHE IS NOT WORKING. My marriage is in trouble since wife landed in USA. She comes from a wealthy family and I came-up on my own with hardship and struggle. We are (at present too) failing to communicate propely on almost on every subject matter. I can genunely say that we lack understanding and communication. If I try to guide her, she takes it very offensively. Now we have a 14 months old daughter, born here in USA. Wife wants to go to India (to her parents) with baby and says she is not going to come back to me (or to USA). Same time, she is not willing to divorce me in USA. She says, you come to India and divorce me. She was divorced once in India in 1998. I am her 2nd marriage (husband)

Question is, if she leaves me and goes to India without divorcing me here is USA..... Can I able to cancel my sponsorship on my WIFE I-485? or Can she file a letter to INS to withdraw her I-485 (she says she doesn't want any greend card etc.)

I really appreciate any response on this matter
