I did not check into jail when court ordered. I am going tomorrow and I will be 13 days late. Can they file additional charges and or give me more time in jail?? It is in Collin County Texas.

Maybe. Depends, you should go do your time and get it over with.

At least you didn't make the county serve a warrant on you, thats the only plus.
