What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? kentucky

i am in a VERY vulnerable position right now, not sure if i'm just being overly sensitive, but i was trying to sell all assets, when i was approched (in the post office parking lot) by a real estate agent....not sure why he approached me, but for some reason gave me his card, and requested to see the property i had for sale. he insisted over and over he could help sell my properties. i finally agreed to sign a contract with him. he constantly wants to meet at a coffee shop. at first he made constant remarks about my looks, and how he was sent by god to help me. he made some of these remarks in front of my daughter and went so far as to direct them towards her...such as "don't you think i was sent from god to help your mom?" and "i think your mom is really pretty" when i finally made it clear i was NOT interested in him in any way other than selling my property, he became very un-cooperative, he is mean to me on the phone, he tries to bully me, or he is very patronizing, making comments such as " i know you are the boss, and i have to deal with that" and " i guess its all about you". i am very uncomfortable with this man i need to close the deal on this house immediately, to the point i am willing to sign the property over to the bank. what can i do to get away from him...and is he or the agency liable for harassment?

Did you

Sign an agreement with him that you would not use any other agent for a certain period of time? If you didnt then just tell him he is fired and get another agent.

i did sign a 6 month contract for him to sell my house, i still have 4 months on that contract. we had an offer on the house, i rejected the offer (it would have requested I bring $1500 to the table) he tried to talk me into taking it, i wouldn't budge, so he snatched the papers from me and stormed out of the meeting. he is un-professional, and rude. i don't know if there is a way to cancel this contract, and find another realtor
