What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello everyone,
I live in a one bedroom apartment with my wife and 8 month old son. We are legally married but only my name is on the lease.
Lately my wife's sister has been coming over a lot which i have no problem with at all however, she tends to overstay ALOT (until 1 or 2 am). I come home from work tired and just want some privacy sometimes. For example I want to watch TV in the living room and i cant because my wife and her sis say they are watching their show. So the last few nights i been feeling forced to just go to my room and sleep because i dont want to argue with them. Today was the first time i actually asked her very politely if she can leave and my wife started to tell me no that she wants her here and that i cant kick her out. I said ok and walked away, once again because i didnt want to argue. Am i legally able to have her leave or no? If she doesnt want to leave can i call the cops and have them tell her to leave? This isnt something i would really want to try doing but I been thinking about it lately if this continues... I just want to feel comfortable in my own home. :/

You're free to ask her to leave. Your wife is free to ask her to return - and stay.

I think you should move out, and let your wife get on with raising the child.

You're welcome.

Bubba? Dude all your threads are intent on criticizing your wife and not wanting anything to do with her.

So maybe I should just get divorced. My situation is bad huh.. But everyone wants to criticize me lol. Yes I come here to vent , critisize and look for help. As demonizing as it may seem you haven't even seen the 1/2 of her. Its clear Im not happy right? But before I divorce I wanted to post some things and see what I can do. Seems like I must be a horrible person? Okay but its not easy living with someone who constantly is using your child against you and threatens to call the cops with lies about you either. Specially when you bust your ass providing for your family. If you dont want to answer my questions directly because you dont like me then dont. I dont post here to be criticized lol I am straight up with my questions and am looking for people who know the law better than I do and want to help me. Otherwise I would hire an attorney right?

If you can't sit down and talk to your wife about something as simple as setting limits for guests, then you two seriously need counseling. If one or both of you will not attend therapy sessions, then it is time to file for divorce. It's not complicated-work together or work separately to create a family and raise your kid.
