Warrant issued without notification of court date after speeding ticket
I received a speeding ticket driving back to college although the ticket has my car color wrong. Originally the prosecution said they would do a deferred prosecution agreement and then took the deal off the table. They then rescheduled a court date without giving notification so I missed it. A warrant for my arrest was issued after the fact. What can I do to get this situated?

The car color is rather immaterial.
No prior notice is needed for a warrant.
It's up to you to appear on the the ticket (as you promised when you signed it) and keep track of your court dates. The court is not required to remind you.
At this point you may wish to consult a lawyer familiar with the jurisdiction.
