I was stopped a few days ago and didnt have a current insurance card to show to the office; He said I'd have to fax him a vaild copy; it turns out due to my own fault, I let my policy expire and was driving w/o insurance at the time of the traffic stop. I know I have my license suspended. Can i establish residency in another state to get a license and insurance BEFORE I have my NJ license suspended?
