Been married 12+yrs. He was suppose to remodel our home so we could sell, I would support us and our daughter. Was to be done in about 3 yrs, then would sell house and move to our 40 ac in Oregon. Last December, it was 5 yrs, house not done, he hunts more than anything. April 00 he got prostitous, a prostrate problem. Had surgery, dr says 30%+ of men get it. Most have to learn to live with pain. He can hunt deer, wildboar, and birds. He can shoot his bow at archery club, can take karate lessons, but can't work. His parents helped me by paying house payment for 2 yrs. They also gave us 20k 7 yrs ago for down payment. He is an electrician. His mommy got him a lawyer for 330.00/hr and my lawyer walked away. Judge ordered temp order 517.00/child support and 645.00/alimony. That is 62% of my take home pay!!! Now his lawyer tells me he gets house and the 720.00/month his mom pays doesn't count as income for alimony purpose. Now suddenly its a loan, has always been a loan. No, his parents feel guilty because he can't accept he's adopted and have always given him money. I can't do this alone, already paid 3k and owe 8700.00 more to lawyer who said his lawyer plans on dragging this a yr or better. My lawyer said no way will I ever be able to pay him, and quit. Now what do I do besides kill myself?
