What is the name of your state?ny

I was recently first time arrested and it was accidents caused by off-duty officer. I was driving and I had a beer and two cocktails, so I was driving near by not too far away. All of sudden I see a person screaming and cursing out the window. So I stopped the car I believe it was stereo that I couldn't hear anything (it was minor accidents.). Anyway it was four-lane traffic becoming three-lane traffic, and I believe she was the one who hit my car (I have a damage on the left rear and she has a damage on right front). Anyway officer's from her precinct and near by precinct came by. All of sudden they cuffed me for no reason, and they shut me inside the car. My girlfriend and her friends who were outside were discriminated and threaten by officers who cuffed me (I have at least 8 witnesses not all Asian who were passing by). The hitter left with no report or testing, and I believe she was intoxicated enough to curse and scream like that when she hit my car. The handcuff was so tight that I still have the scar and I can't feel my thumbs (you know how when you have cramps, but it feels like this all the time). When I was at intoxication testing, and I believe I did everything well. But when it came up to blow tester they told me to blow the meter until they got the result they want (I ended up blowing it for like 20 times). Is there anything I can do to fight for the Asian people's rights? These cops are very uneducated and so verbally abusive.

A: Yes. If you ever come across an incident where (unlike your post) there is some form of racial discrimination, be sure to let us know.

Thank you anyway, my girlfriend and her friends were asian. Those officer told them to back away and shut up because they can't speak english. But they were capable of communicating with others. So there can't be a case? do I get the blame for everything?? Sorry to bother you.

What kind of case are you planning on getting they got you for DUI and you were in an accident?

Them telling your friends to shutup and backaway won't get you anywhere.
