What is the name of your state? KY (property located in Florida)

I sold vacant residential land in Florida, with the closing listed on the paperwork as having been on Jan 14. The original contract for sale (signed on Dec. 14) stated that the closing would be in 30 days. I signed it anyway, and sent it back the next day, having confirmed with the Title company that they received it. However, as of today, the Title company says that they have received the paperwork back with the signature of the buyer, but are still awaiting a promised wire-transfer from the buyer for the rest of the money. At what point can I do something about not having gotten my money, and what are my options?

I am not clear. Has the closing happened?

If so (and it sounds like it has) then when the title company gets the wire transfer, you will get your money.

They cannot give you money they do not have.
