I want to join my family in the States

My father and brother are permanent residents in the States. I am married with 2 children,hense my dad can't sponsor me. I am not eligible for the green card lottery because I am Canadian. My husband has an employer in the US willing to sponsor him to work. He works for a moving company and the job is with the same company in the States. I really want to be close to my family. Is there any way to get to the States? What is the best way to procede?

If he gets a job in the US then he should be able to take his family too. Get him to find out about the position and apply for it.
