:)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? The state I need help with is Tennessee. I would like to open a business center. Fax and copy service, International Money Wire (like Western Union), International calling cards, a bill pay station and Internet time (programs for business, learning tools, social networking, the system allows client to access internet, and revealing entertainment (which gives client opportunity to play in a sweepstakes.) This is where I have been searching for an attorney, I need to know if I can use the revealing games in my internet program. Or is someone can put me in the right direction, searching for a lawyer has been very hard, how do I find someone who specializes in gaming laws. Thanks so much.

I have no idea what "revealing entertainment" check the porn laws??

If you take money for a chance for them to win money, it's an ILLEGAL lottery in Tennessee no matter how much weasel wording you wrap around the game.

Thank you for your comment, I should have been more specific. It's legal name is Internet Sweepstakes, the entertaining reveal is the program in which the client can use internet time to play to win, there are 12+ more internet programs as well. I understand that there are 3 legal forms of gambling in TN. 1 being a legal business transaction. that is the only one that i could qualify for. At any rate I have located an attorney in Nashville, to be honest, I was hoping for some free legal thoughts. Sweepstakes was banned in NC, but some games were allowed as long as they complied with NC law, in other words I wanna know if TN is the same way. Can the system be modified to comply with Tennessee Law?

The free thoughts are 100% illegal. Even if they're playing somewhere else, if you're providing them space to play, it's afoul of the law.
There's no way to "modify" an illegal lottery to be legal.
While they generally look the other way at this level of people playing the games in their own homes, as soon as you open up a place of business to facilitate it, you're breaking the law. Even if it that operation is legal in whatever remote jurisdiction it operates in.
