What is the name of your state? Michigan

Hello. I am 16 years old and I have a younger sister who is 11. We have diferent dads and we each live with our dads. We normally visit our mom on the same weekends, however, my sister hasn't been going to my mom's.
My sister and I are very close, and I miss her alot. She won't go to my mom's because she doesn't like our step-dad. So my mom goes and sees her on weekdays... but i AM HERE AND ONLY AT MOM'S ON THE WEEKEND.
My sister's dad will not allow Britt to come see me. I have no idea what I can do, I know we are young but I don't want to lose my relationship with my sister. Is there some type of visitation I can get or something.. I am willing to go to court. I love my sister, and she is miserable with her dad. But won't live with mom due to step-dad. She needs my support. I love my sister, shouldn't I have a right to see her?
Your help is appreciated.

Nope. Legally, you don't have visitation rights. Why can't your Mom take you to see her at some neutral place on the weekend when you're with Mom?

Legally I don't think there is anything you can do, but what about asking your dad if he will take you to her house or if mom can come get you on the days she goes to see her and take you along? Yes you should have a right and all adults in the matter SHOULD recognize it, but you are too young to file in COurt and I'm pretty sure they have never ordered sibling visitation but try to talk to your mom and dad about coming up with an idea to see your sis. Good Luck

I would like to be able to go see my sis on the days my mom does, however I live too far away and have school the next day. My dad can't take me, again due to the distance, and I guess mom could take me to a neutral place, but she doesn't.
I'll just have to keep trying. Thanks
