I really think that if I were supervisor and an employee wanted to report that they had been hurt on the job, whether THEY thought they could "work through it" or not, I'd send them (nay, insist they be taken by the appropriate person) to an approved medical professional to make a decision on anything more serious than a stubbed toe. So that tomorrow they don't come in and announce they have been injured on the job, were denied medical treatment, have called 1(800) SUE-URASS and are now suing the company for a huge amount**************
