I was involved in a hit and run accident and the car was stolen and the occupants fled on foot. two were caught but not the driver. I had just bought my used car little over a month and a half before. I financed the car I had insurance. My car was hit so hard that it landed on the front porch of a house. Is my insurance liable for all damage the house and the loss of my car?

If you have to ask, then it's obvious that you have never read your insurance policies.

If you have collision coverage your policy will pay for the damage to your car, less your deductible.

If you have homeowners insurance your policy will pay for the damage to your porch, less your deductible.

Missed the "a" house part.

In that case the homeowner's insurance (if there was any) of "a" house would cover the porch damage.

And, yes, I am assuming that this happened somewhere in the US.
