Sorry everyone, I would have posted this on my last thread...but for some reason I can't find it. I wanted to post the results of my hearing.
You may remember, but if not my ex-husband filed a modification request to our current parenting plan.
Our hearing was in front of a new judge, the last one was removed due to predjudice. The judge agreed that their was not a change in circumstances as required to allow the modification. If it would have been allowed it would have gone to trial.
The judge flat out denied it and said he did not believe it would be in the childrens best interest whatsoever to allow it. Thanks again for all the great advice you have all given me!
