My X moved in with his aunt, her daughter and Grandmother in October. They have called me direct from her home until yesterday. They had my daughter call me collect, stating that the aunt doesn't have long distance. Can I request him to repay me for the calls (in court order)?

Or do I just call them back collect when my daughter is with me. I know it sounds petty, and I more than likely won't do it, but it just chaps my hide when they pull this kind of crap!!

Can it be something I can use against them?

My response:

Just buy a "calling card" for your daughter's use, and be done with it. It's cheaper than calling "collect".

I have seen some prepaid calling cards that were cheaper than the major LD carriers. I bought a whole bunch at 5 cents per minute.
