It wouldn't be on the disc because that's a psychological theory, not a legal theory.

Anyway, there's a plethora of information on the Net about this phenomenon. Just run a search using "Role Reversal."

I'm getting the hang of the disc. Just thought you'd like to know.

I've also contacted both mediator's in the new county (called them "anonymously"). I haven't chosen which one I prefer. I did find out that in the new county, I will need to petition for Custody first then go to mediation - I am hoping I get to choose which mediator I get - but am not holding my breath!

My X is still being a jerk, harassing me about child support. I talked to the FSD in the new county, they told me that since the case has been changed to thier Jurisdiction, they will autmatically open a case for support. I am going to be opening a case against myself in the new county for support and start sending the support payments there- since the X is too lazy to do it himself. Actually that's not true~ he's probably trying to decide what lies to say or do next!!
