I'd like to sue the CRA.... how do I begin?

What is the name of your state? Indiana

I've decided that probably my only resort is to take the offending CRA to court. Can I take them to small claims court? This concerns the reporting of accts that I filed bankruptcy on. They persist in reporting incorrect information, even after disputing the information.

Yep, read the FCRA. You may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction. That means SC.
