I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a little advice. I have an idea/ design for a new club, modifications and designs to a typical night club as well as modifications and ideas for gas station. I'm not sure if I need a patent for these or how I can protect myself from having the ideas stolen. Also, how would I go about marketing / selling these ideas to the appropriate people. Is there a certian procedure that I need to follow. If there is anyone out there who could possibly help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Who knows if what you have here is even patentable subject matter. If you are interested in protecting your "ideas," you should contact a patent agent or patent attorney in your area who can advise you how best to protect your ideas. Without ALL of the relevant facts, nobody here can really give you advice.
