Texas is the state I currently reside in, but Florida is where this took place at.

I was offered a chance to spend some time at a resort for a discounted price, as long as my fiance and I attended the timeshare presentation they had there. We went to attend the presentation and we checked in, then filled out the required forms. When we were done filling out the paperwork the representative informed us that we did not make enough so we could not attend the presentation. We asked if we would be charged any additional fees. We were told no and that we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. Of course, we left. Only after do we receive a charge of 566.72$. I immediately call them and get told that they don't have a department for returns to handle my issue and that they would need to send this off to someone else who will reach out to me. I have yet to receive a email or phone call and you only have five days to handle any payment issues. What are my rights and how do i get my money back?

What sort of paperwork were you asked to fill out and sign? Do you have copies of these papers?
