What is the name of your state? The state I'm in is PA, but will soon be moving to CA.. I'm just interested in learning more on how and what I need to do properly to file with the government or whomever, to upgrade a other than honorable discharge. I was in the Marine Corps, and I just need the steps I need to take to do it, maybe even a point in the right directions to a website to start filing what I need to do.. I just wanna get the ball rolling, if I can. I've been out since March 05.. The last Veterans class I went to said soemthing about trying to get it rolling within 6 months since it takes them time to get reviewing everything and to start making their answer if they'd do it or not.

Thanks for the help if anybody can..

You need to send a letter of

Request attention to the Internal Affairs Department of the branch of service you served in. Requesting the regulations and guidlines in filing that document. One way of finding out is, to go to that Branch of services local recruting office. For information as to what agency and address you need to send your inquiry to. dkshadow.
