What is the name of your state? Virginia

The POA had to do with my grandmother and her wishes which my mother is not honoring, nor is the POA doing that, and the house was put in her name against my grandmothers wishes....NOW WHAT???
This house was purchased with MY grandmothers money!

OK I'm going to ask this and go in a different direction

Mother agreed verbally that I woulld be staying at the home that was recently put her name. I haven't done anything to cause her to "evict" me except ignore her

My question is can she do this even though on the power of attorney it specifically states that since my grandmother had a stroke and is in assisted living, and her property was sold by the POA, thus buying this property and putting it in my mothers name, can she still evict me for no reason? If the POA states that I was to have a place to stay how can she can't possibly do this legally?

I'm seriously thinking of hiring an attorney ( a darn good one) to defend me. I wasn't given any written notice from her either, just an "eviction" notice. I thought the landlord had to provide you with a written notice.
After this 30 days she has to go BACK to court and it must be signed by a judge that I leave, isn't that correct?

When do I get the opportunity to state my side of the story?

I need to know what papers I can file on her. Breech of contract or what? Something about the POA? I am not leaving without a fight.

Thanks for your answer in advance
