I know of an illegal alien living in the USA who wants to marry a Bermudian living in Bermuda. This illegal alien entered the USA illegally. How can these two people get married and make things right with the INS?

They can't ... it is the one time when there is no way to adjust to being a legal resident is when you entered illegally. If you could, can you imagine the flood ?

How can an illegal alien get married to a non U.S. resident visiting the USA legally, and then leave together the USA on a passport(belonging to the illegal alien) that has not been stamped by U.S. Immigration initially when they entered the US illegaly?.
