I know state law may say a schoolbus driver can't let a student off the bus if it's not at a bus-stop, but i think the law said if a student doesn't follow the regulations and rules then they will be banned from the schoolbus.
So, if it is possible to let a schoolkid off a schoolbus, shouldn't a schoolbus driver be required to let the student out then ban the student from the bus coz rules were broken, otherwise the schoolbus driver is holding the student against his/her will which is illegal.
It's not like an aeroplane where if someone wants to get out, everyone will die coz if the door opens the air pressure will make the plane crash. If a bus stops in the middle of the road and opens the door, the bus won't crash. Sure it's unsafe, but the bus won't crash.
