I am located in Michigan and was wondering if you use pictures that have been previously taken of say classic cars and put them into a calendar. Then sold the calendars and made a profit would the owners of the cars be entitled to any money and or would you have to inform them that their car was in the calendar. As I said I am very new at this so if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciated it.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The owners of the cars are not likely to be as a big of a concern as the person who took the pictures who has copyright to them and under what arrangement that person had with the owners or venue when they were taken.
