I married a (foreign) woman friend to get her a green card and I'm worried that the immigration officers will spot that I (we) am (are) a fake. We don't even hang out together. It's been a year since our marriage, the interview date is coming up and I think that our behavior alone will give us away. What happens if they do spot us? Will they put me in jail? Will I be fined? What will happen? Can they really do anything to me besides decline the request for the green card?

Any info will do.

Thanks a lot

Are you both in the US ? Was she her on a tourist visa or did you go the K1 route ? These people are well trained and if you do not have the evidence to support a relationship, the petition will be denied, she may be deported and you could face visa fraud charges. That is the worse that can happen.
