NJ just received this improper passing on the shoulder ticket with 4 other cars. We all were about to take the upcoming exit riding in the shoulder lane and were all flagged and pulled over for the same thing by a cop ahead. What can I do? guilty? not guilty?

Yes, you can do those things...

I'm really not sure what your question is though. I'm sure you knew those were options.

My question is what can I do? Am I doomed... i don't want the points am i able to pay them off or can I plead not guilty anything..Taking off from work would be hard as well.

I'm not exactly sure as to what the fines are either and if its 4 points?

Aggressive driving is a danger to all motorists. Hopefully you learned a lesson. You can sit in traffic another 30 seconds and wait to exit.

IF you are that concerned then your best bet is to consult with a local traffic attorney - they can best advise what to expect in court.
