What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri I had taken the blame for my boyfriend hitting a parked vehicle and it turns out the trailer that he was pulling had improper registration certificate title so now I'm having to go to court for it what should I do and what could happen

Well, your boyfriend should be stepping up to the plate and taking responsibility for what he did.

Morally, yes. However, the OP would be well advised to seek the guidance of an attorney before admitting to the various crimes she could be charged with. (Perjury and filing a false police report come to mind.)
