Hello, My husband of 20 years has taken a girlfriend for the past 3 needless to say we are now in the midst of a divorce. He continues to stay with her on the weekends and comes home during the week. My attorney has filed for having him removed due to what this is doing to our children. What are the chances this will be approved by the court? Also once he is , will he have to pay support to me untill the divorce is final . We both work I make about 28,000 and he makes about 75.000. thanks

NO I am not an idiot! unless there is a court order to keep him out it is still his home, NO change of locks or bars will by law keep him out ... What kinda board is this.
