What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
answering a complaint from summons due Monday. Doing it pro se. Answer is prepared and some affirmative defenses included. Should I motion to dismiss or move to discovery? Can it be in Wherefore statement or file motion separate?
Also have have motion to Stike affidavit. motion to produce, notice of apparance and of course certificate service. Should I do this all at the same time?
Do not want to show them everything I have prepared, but also want it to be dismissed w/ prejudice and end the nigtmare.
Also I have prerecorded voicemail stating another persons not notlisted on original complaint and they have included my maiden name which creates an issue to my safety. Is there a way to seal the records to protect my identity?
