yes, unemployment benefits can be garnished for child support obligations. The most that can be garnished is 25%, which is $450 if the NCP gets the most at $1800 per month.
I know this becasue I go to court the end of the month and this is the situation that I'm faced w/ the NCP, so I asked me local child support officer.
