What is the name of your state? CA

My question is about income taxes. I have extra tax taken out of my check to help pay down income tax I owe from 2003.
$40.00 extra for Fed. and $30.00 for state weekly. I also pay them a monthly payment.
Will the trustee be able to tell what my withholding should be and then say my take home pay is higher?

I wouldn't worry about this issue as you are doing this to repay your debt to the IRS. Make sure you list them on your paperwork under creditors. You'll also want to show how much you've been paying them each month under expenses.
