What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

I own a condominium in North Andover, MA. On April 30th, 2010 there was a fire in my building. There was much fire & water damage. The condo association carries the fire insurance on the building & is responsible for making the repairs to the building. I have been displaced from my home for over a month & there is still no work being done on my unit. I am paying to live someplace else, as well as paying my mortgage & taxes on my condo. In addition the building is not secured & anyone can enter my unit through a burnt out wall, all my belongings are still in the unit. Is there any legal action I can take against the association? Also, I have learned from the fire report that the fire alarms were faulty & there was no fire wall on my side of the building.

What did your insurance company say to you when you reported the fire and the fact that you're displaced to them?

**A: and what did the property management company, HOA insurance company and HOA Board President tell you as to the status.
