Inforomation on Grants for a New Business

Hello,

I am starting a new business and need some information for thee following:

How to obtain a Grant (Free) by the Gov't ?

How to create a business, I.E. get "incorporated"?


I know that for Grants you need written forms and it is usually very hard to obtain unless you get an attorney to help out. How true is this?

Any websites or information would be greatly appreciated.
