What do I do if my boyfriend's ex is calling into child social services with false claims? She is angry about the break-up and has threatened me and has followed through.

it is a hassel and it is aggravating. but the calmer you stay and the more cooperative you are the better it will appear and the crazier she will look. just let SS work through their investigation and clear the case.

when the cases are mentioned during court hearings, social services details that their is no abuse / nelgect, etc. in the home of the father. he has a good home, state approved. a judge will also see that false charges are being reported to SS - that will not look good on her.
